Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
Typically 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM and ServiceNow Architect credentials are highly desirable.
Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
Proven success leading technically complex implementations and consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions and integrations.
Provide direction to delivery teams and ensure translation of architecture into configuration and code.
Manage risk, quality, and timeliness across multiple client projects.
Engage with customers in workshops and technical discussions; travel 40–60% as needed.
