Job summary

Astrica is a remote-first company seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead technical design, guide client engagements, and coordinate with Business Process Consultants to capture requirements.

We value experts with 5+ years in ServiceNow, strong consulting background, and proficiency in Agile practices. Travel up to 10% may be required; remote work is supported with occasional on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with comprehensive product suite knowledge.
• 5+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile methodology, sprint planning, story review, epic splitting, and prioritization in virtual environments.
• Experience estimating work units (stories, defects, documentation) and coaching teams on development against user stories.
• Ability to lead client-facing workshops and meetings independently or with business process teams.
• Experience supervising code migrations between instances and providing remediation feedback.

Responsibilities

• Participate in delivering complex customer solutions on ServiceNow, advising on best practices to create value.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements using Astrica tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and advise technical resources on development and configuration.
• Estimate time and effort for resources and communicate progress to the Engagement Manager.
• Own technical quality on projects, participate in code reviews, and oversee Go-Live planning.
• Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define requirements.
• Engage in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration initiatives.
