Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience including Core ITSM applications.
• Proficiency with jQuery, scripting web services in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the ServiceNow toolset.
• Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Support clients in ServiceNow operations.

Skills

ServiceNow development experience

ITILv3 Foundations certification

Ability to travel
