The ideal candidate will have hands-on platform design, integration expertise, and excellent communication to lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations while upholding best practices.

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD, SPM, Contracts Management, Legal Service Delivery / Legal Service Desk, and S2P.
• Experience with platform architecture, integrations, solution design, and implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Delivery, and Source-to-Pay.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Work Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Contracts, Legal Service Delivery, and Source-to-Pay (S2P). The ideal candidate will have proven ServiceNow architecture experience, the ability to design scalable solutions, and the required ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Delivery, and Source-to-Pay.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

• Define platform architecture, technical standards, integration strategies, and implementation best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure platform performance, security, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

• Review technical designs and guide teams on configuration, customization, integrations, and platform enhancements.

Required Technical Experience

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

  • Contracts Management

  • Legal Service Delivery / Legal Service Desk

  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)

• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, solution design, and implementation.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Certification Requirements

Preferred Certification

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — highly preferred and a significant differentiator.

If CTA is not held, candidates must have:

• CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application Developer)

AND at least one of the following CIS certifications:

• CIS-HRSD — Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources

• CIS-SPM — Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management
