Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd., on behalf of a client in Virginia, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead technical strategy and the platform across a large federal environment.

You will own architecture, drive major upgrades, oversee complex integrations and mentor senior developers, ensuring security, compliance and performance across the ServiceNow landscape.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance is essential.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• CompTIA Security+ and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly desirable.
• Additional ServiceNow credentials such as CTA or CIS certifications would be a plus.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across large complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success leading technical strategy for major platform upgrades and multi-module implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, security, integrations, development standards and platform best practices.
• Proven ability to design scalable ServiceNow architectures and effective enterprise governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting federal or DoD customers, with knowledge of security, compliance, and audit frameworks is a bonus.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities
