Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services use cases. You will own solution architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, guiding delivery teams and translating business requirements into robust technical designs.

Typically 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture is required, along with a CS/IS/Engineering degree and a CSP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Experience leading technically complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
• Guide delivery teams and oversee implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and configurations.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in workshops and design reviews.
