Job summary

Iowa State University is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical architecture, design, and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform in support of ITS and university operations. This role provides technical leadership for platform design, integrations, workflow standards, automation solutions, data governance, and problem resolution.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS and at least 5 years of related experience, with preferred ServiceNow certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science required; 5+ years related experience; ServiceNow architecture & integrations experience; mentoring developers; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture, design, and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical leadership for integrations, workflow standards, and automation.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure stable operations.
Help define technical direction and ensure alignment with university standards.
