Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design end-to-end architecture for ITSM and ITOM automation programs. The role covers change risk scoring, service catalog automation, incident intelligence, integration orchestration, and runbook automation.

The architect will define solution blueprints across AI/ML driven incident routing, predictive intelligence, and catalog orchestration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience.
• 7+ years ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 3 years in ServiceNow Solution Architect/Technical Architect roles.
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM transformation programs.
• Experience designing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM solutions covering Incident, Change, Knowledge, CMDB and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, AI/ML automation workflow orchestration, catalog automation, and operational automation
• Architect ITOM-based change risk scoring using configuration data service dependencies historical change patterns and operational insights
• Design incident automation including ML-based auto-categorization assignment resolution recommendations and SLA escalation automation
• Define service request automation patterns for provisioning, deprovisioning, software requests, equipment ordering, and cloud resource provisioning
• Design runbook automation for server restarts, log collection, patching workflows, and remediation
• Establish integration architecture with HR IAM identity platforms, monitoring tools, enterprise applications, and backend systems
• Provide technical governance design review architecture documentation and implementation guidance to developers and consultants
• Support knowledge automation architecture, including AI search, contextual recommendations, knowledge gap detection, and article creation
