Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow specialist in the United States to lead ITSM/ITOM workflows, develop custom forms, and drive integrations with monitoring, AI Ops, PagerDuty and Ansible.

The role includes working with on-prem and AWS infrastructure to automate and monitor enterprise applications, delivering reliable automation and optimization of IT operations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
• Experience in developing workflows and customizing forms in ServiceNow.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools.
• Understanding of on-prem and AWS infrastructure to integrate and execute automations.
