Job summary
Ekloud Data Labs leads the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Now Assist, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
The role requires hands-on architecture, design reviews, and rapid prototyping of AI capabilities across enterprise ITSM workflows, with strong English communication and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- 7+ years on the ServiceNow platform in design, development, platform engineering, or architecture.
- Hands-on with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities.
- Experience with Build Agent, IDE, and Fluent development.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.

Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on ServiceNow, including Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, and AI Agents, staying hands-on across architecture, design reviews, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations, and identifying where AI can add value across workflows and platform services.
- 7+ years on the ServiceNow platform (solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Build Agent, IDE, and Fluent development
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English
