Job summary

Galent seeks an AI Transformation Architect to deploy and configure Now Assist capabilities across customer instances, translating blueprints into working configurations and workflows. You will prototype AI use cases, drive adoption metrics, and lead customer workshops to build AI literacy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and implementation with AI feature deployments.
• Experience deploying Now Assist GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, or Document Intelligence.
• Understanding of AIML concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise workflow contexts.
• Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD preferred.
• Ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments and provide thought leadership.
• Translate customer requirements into working platform configurations and deliver on sprint timelines.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio, IDE, APIs, and Automated Test Framework for AI data flows.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and lead enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Now Assist features across customer instances.
• Translate AI blueprints into working ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Prototype and iterate AI use cases aligned with customer success metrics.
• Drive AI adoption metrics such as active user rates and workflow automation coverage.
• Facilitate workshops and training to boost AI literacy and sustained usage.
• Identify blockers and recommend interventions at technical or organizational levels.
• Serve as SME for AI questions across the customer lifecycle.
• Participate in steering meetings, executive briefings, and QBRs as needed.
• Document configurations, AI outcomes, and lessons learned for knowledge base.
