Qualifications
- Expert-level ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
- Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
- Experience with AI integrations and workflow automation.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Workflows.
- Build GenAI-enabled process automation and intelligent workflows.
- Configure AI Agents, skills, prompts and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate ServiceNow with LLMs, third-party AI tools and data platforms.
- Lead and mentor technical teams.
- Advise customers on AI architecture, governance and best practices.
- Communicate the business value and ROI of AI solutions.
