Job summary

AHEAD is hiring a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant focused on AI and agentic capabilities. You will architect, design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and GenAI-enabled workflows.

You will lead teams, mentor staff, and drive value-added delivery for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes governance, data privacy, and measurable ROI, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform with AI/agentic capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence)
• Expert knowledge across multiple ServiceNow process areas with applied AI/automation experience
• Expert-level development skills on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting for AI Agent configuration and workflow orchestration
• Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive AI adoption and ROI

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deploy AI/agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Oversee AI-enabled ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/HRSD/CSM/SecOps/ITAM capabilities
• Design AI/agentic architectures, prompts, and workflow orchestration
• Create AI adoption roadmaps, business cases, and governance frameworks
• Lead client workshops and demos on GenAI capabilities
• Coordinate integration of ServiceNow AI with third-party tools and data sources
• Drive delivery quality and client communication across projects
