Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions, LLC is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal customer’s enterprise ServiceNow environment, including Service Catalog, IT Asset Management, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. This role blends development with administration and requires secure, reliable operations across dev/test/prod.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow config and scripting skills, experience with App Engine, and the ability to work under TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field related to IT/business preferred.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development/administration may substitute for a degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core ServiceNow modules per government requirements (Service Catalog, ITAM, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Design and build Catalog items, variable sets, workflows, and Portal pages for an enterprise self-service experience.
• Develop custom scoped apps using the ServiceNow App Engine and support lifecycle from development to production.
• Apply advanced scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript) in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Design automated workflows with Flow Designer and configure Workspaces/UI Designer for role-based UX.
• Administer Discovery schedules, CI data in CMDB, and Service Mapping relationships.
• Manage IRM modules, including policy, risk assessments, and audit workflows per DoD requirements.
• Draft test plans and support UAT with testing/training teams.
