Job summary

Benz Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to design, build, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations in a hybrid cloud environment. You will develop integrations, automate processes, and ensure platform health and compliance while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities include configuring instances, building workflows, automating tasks, and creating dashboards to support organizational workflows and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
• Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting.
• JavaScript or equivalent high-level programming language.
• Web technologies: HTML, XML, CSS.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
