Job summary

J&T in Fort Meade seeks an experienced ServiceNow SA to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain self-hosted implementations, build workflows, and develop views and reports to support complex programs.

The role emphasizes automation, integration, and compliance testing, and mentoring of junior staff. Candidates must hold an IAT Level II cert and an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of SA experience required in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• IAT Level II certification minimum (CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security+; SSCP).
• Minimum 2 years as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
• Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
• JavaScript or other high-level language development experience.
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS and web UIs.
• Experience documenting technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
