Job summary

Riesterer & Schnell is Marion, Wisconsin’s premier John Deere dealership, offering a path to grow into a Service Manager role while supporting the day-to-day operation of the Service Department in Marion and nearby Shawano. Your responsibilities include customer service, scheduling, order entry, and assisting with special events.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and empowerment, with hours Monday–Friday 7:30 am–5 pm and Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Ability to use a computer and current software programs required.
• Knowledge of equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in the Service Department and assist customers at the counter.
• Assist in scheduling work and advising on repairs within guidelines.
• Start repair orders and enter tech notes and parts on orders.
• Assist in coordinating promotions, clinics and other departmental events.
• Generate reports and complete other paperwork as requested.
• Review technician time postings and assist with payroll time reporting.
• Assist customers with pickup/drop-off and equipment movement.
• Coordinate transportation for equipment between dealership and customer sites.
