Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls in the Service Department and assists customers at the Service Counter.
• Schedules work, answers questions and advises on repairs within established guidelines.
• Starts repair orders, enters notes and parts on orders, obtains Service Manager approval before finalizing.
• Assist Service Manager in coordinating promotions, clinics and other departmental events.
• Generates reports and completes other paperwork as requested.
• Maintains the shop area clean, neat, and safe.
