You will supervise technicians and service writers, oversee warranties, and drive efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Starting salary is $80,000 - $120,000 plus bonus, varies by experience, with opportunities to influence service growth within a respected dealer network.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of farm equipment required.
• Ability to lead and influence others positively.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of the Service Department to meet key metrics.
• Schedules service work and assigns to technicians.
• Reviews and charges out service tickets promptly and accurately.
• Oversees warranty and accounts receivable processes related to service.
• Maintains safety, training, and facility standards, and leads staff meetings.
