Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2–5 years' experience in a parts or service counter
• Experience in equipment rental business helpful
• Mechanical knowledge and ability required
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and customers

Responsibilities

• Open all repair work orders and close them after completion
• Invoice customers and arrange equipment returns
• Track status of repair orders and review with Service Manager
• Assist Parts Coordinator and maintain parts holding area
• Backup support to Parts Department and warranty claims under supervision
• Handle customer calls and ensure timely follow-up
