You’ll collect repair details from customers, provide estimates, create work orders, and assist the Service Manager with questions and complaints. This hands-on position also supports scheduling, logistics, and warranty processing.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to support a fast-paced, team-driven service department.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with ag equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable working with service software and documentation systems.
• Previous experience in service support or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect repair details from customers, provide estimates, and create work orders.
• Assist the Service Manager in addressing customer questions and complaints.
• Provide phone or on-site support to field technicians as needed.
• Help technicians locate information and resolve technical issues.
• Assist with scheduling and prioritizing repair work.
• Coordinate transportation of equipment between customers and store locations.
• Maintain key logs, service manuals, and shared shop resources.
• Support technician performance and help coach for efficiency and productivity.
• Process and audit work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure repair documentation is timely and billing is accurate.
• Collect warranty claim information and submit claims to manufacturers.
• Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely reimbursement.
