Job summary

Empire Truck Sales is seeking a highly organized Service Writer to be the main liaison between customers and the service department. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, open and close repair orders, and clearly communicate estimates, timelines, and recommendations to customers.

You will coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently, schedule service appointments, and maintain accurate records in dealership software.
