Job summary

Empire Truck Sales in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our heavy truck and automotive service operations.

You will oversee workflow, productivity, and department profitability, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Operations to build lasting customer relationships while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role within heavy truck/ automotive service.
• Experience leading technicians and managing repair/maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Retail dealership service experience preferred.
• DTNA Freightliner/Western Star knowledge a plus.
