Job summary

Equipment East is seeking a Service Writer for our Dracut, MA location. This full-time, in-office role supports the service department by managing work orders, coordinating repairs, and serving as the key contact for customers.

You will work closely with technicians, parts, and management to keep jobs moving and customers informed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a service writer/advisor role, strong communication, and organizational skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced team

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 plus years experience in a service writer, service advisor, or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment, diesel, or mechanical systems is a plus
• Proficient with computer systems and service software

Compensation:
$22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and benefits selection
