Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to manage schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for service needs with customers and technicians.
• Coordinate shop and mobile service schedules to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain customer records, quotes, work orders, and invoicing readiness.
• Communicate changes to scope, timing, or cost.
