Acme Equipment in Fargo, ND is seeking a Service Writer to act as the main liaison between customers and service technicians. You will coordinate repairs and maintenance from initial check-in to completion, prepare estimates, and communicate status and costs to customers.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work full-time with occasional Saturdays.
