Qualifications

• Experience in a Service garage.
• Experience with Outlook, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers regarding all their service needs, identify the issue, and recommend solutions.
• Keep customers informed of additional repairs and/or maintenance and cost.
• Create work orders with detailed information to ensure correct repairs and maintenance are performed.
• Review and distribute repair orders to the Service Manager to be assigned to technicians.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Service, Parts or Store Management.
