Harnish Group Inc. is seeking a Service Writer to manage the administrative areas of work orders in our Alaska operations. The role collaborates with service supervisors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper data entry of service hours, travel bookings, and timecards using CAT software.

Strong English reading/writing, clear communication, and the ability to handle a busy, stressful environment with multiple tasks are required; a High School diploma or higher is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative areas of work orders.
• Regularly enter data on CAT software and service hours.
• Make airline reservations and handle timecard data entry.
• Collaborate with service supervisors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
