Job summary

Aleut Energy in Anchorage, AK seeks a Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers in the service department, coordinating service schedules and processing service transactions.

You will troubleshoot product issues, create estimates, and support technicians with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a outstanding customer experience.

Regular full-time non-exempt role with compensation $24-$28 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of office experience or equivalent combination of education and training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for service inquiries and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Coordinate service appointments to optimize technician efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
• Create service work orders and estimates using ERP systems.
