Job summary

Dover is seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy team member to assist the Service Manager by interacting with customers and teammates to foster a comfortable, long‑term relationship. You will schedule service appointments and help organize work according to company policies.

The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a professional appearance, with 1–2 years in the automotive industry and strong communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
