In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repair, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from check‑in to vehicle pickup. The ideal candidate is skilled at building trust, communicating clearly, and coordinating effectively with technicians and internal teams to deliver high‑quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, listen carefully to their concerns, and document vehicle issues accurately.
  • Write repair orders and clearly communicate customer requests, symptoms, and vehicle information to the service team.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding inspection findings, recommended services, repair progress, and estimated completion times.
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a clear, respectful, and transparent manner.
  • Coordinate with technicians, parts teams, and service management to support efficient workflow and timely completion of work.
  • Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices, services performed, and any follow-up needs.
  • Schedule appointments, manage customer follow-up, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle questions, concerns, and service‑related issues with professionalism and a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and service history.
  • Support a clean, organized, and customer‑ready service drive and waiting area.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or a related client‑facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and approachable way.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, service software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and basic office tools.
  • Professional, courteous, and dependable approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff, and leadership.
  • Proficient understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
