Job summary

TriGreen Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Service Advisor to support the daily operations of the Service Department. You will manage work orders, handle warranty claims, and maintain service records while delivering excellent customer and technician support.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills and can operate in a fast-paced environment within agricultural, lawn care, or equipment service contexts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of service department operations and accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with office administration practices and filing systems.
• General understanding of mechanical terminology related to equipment service.
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage work orders under supervision, tracking details until closed and invoiced.
• Process warranty and product improvement claims, including paperwork and follow-ups.
• Maintain an up-to-date service library and reference materials.
• Organize service department records and filings efficiently.
• Update customer profiles with equipment hours and maintenance history.
• Assist technicians by locating parts and supplies during service.
• Support the Service Manager with other duties as needed.
