Job summary

Greenway is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support the Service Department, manage documentation, and assist with loading/unloading, inspections, and warranty processing.

You will work closely with technicians, customers, and logistics to communicate timelines, track parts and hours, and maintain orderly records while upholding safety and quality standards. Growth opportunities and team-focused environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic computer and accounting functions.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting basic internal reports.

Responsibilities

• Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Assist in loading and unloading of customer equipment.
• Follows a check in /check out process for all customer units.
• Communicates repair timelines and updates on anticipated completion dates with customers.
• Assists in Logistics of Trucking/Washing as directed.
• Completes Pre and Post Demo/Rental/Final Delivery Inspections.
• Performs factory shipping verification for shortages and equipment condition at delivery.
• Opens work orders and maintains control until previewed, approved, and invoiced.
• Maintains service department filings and records with current information.
• Manages warranty bins/service parts to be returned and oil sample tracking.
• Updates customer profiles with equipment hours and other order information.
• Maintains service accessories and supplies charges within budget.
• Prepares time management reports for the service technicians.
• Ensures warranty and product improvement programs are completed on time.
• Participates in SERVICE EDUCATE Training programs.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and follows safety rules.
