Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a field service technician in Cheyenne, WY, to install, maintain, and test wellhead equipment while delivering excellent customer service on-site. You will complete job reports, manage tools and spare parts, and lead safety on location.

The role requires at least 2 years of wellhead services and a mechanical aptitude, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced oil and gas environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
