Job summary

Stream-Flo USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and maintain wellhead equipment and deliver outstanding customer service in the oil and gas industry. You will represent Stream-Flo professionally on client sites and ensure safe, high-quality field operations.

Responsibilities include preparing tickets and reports, maintaining tools and parts inventory, conducting safety analyses, supporting on-site job planning, and helping grow field service sales through strong customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
