Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a field service technician to install and maintain wellheads, provide exceptional customer service, and support on-site operations in a dynamic oil and gas environment. The role involves safety leadership, diagnostic work, and hands-on assembly and testing of equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Wellhead services, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company positively.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader while performing tasks.
• Assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies.

Preferred Candidates

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service oriented with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
