Job summary

Stream-Flo USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance and testing of wellhead equipment in the Cheyenne, WY area. You will represent the company with customers, deliver quality service, and uphold safety standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of wellhead services experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Experience with hydraulic torque tools and test units
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
