Job summary

Stream-Flo Group seeks an experienced field service professional to install and maintain wellhead equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive company representation on site.

The role requires experience with lubricators, torque/test, and well completions, plus the ability to prepare accurate tickets and reports while maintaining inventory and safety leadership on location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Experience with lubricators, torque and test, and well completions.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
