Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a Field Service Technician to support wellhead equipment installation and maintenance across customer sites in Utah. You will deliver hands-on service and ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment while maintaining excellent customer relations.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic torque tools, and the ability to work independently. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Install and maintain wellhead equipment while delivering strong customer service.
• Experience with hydraulic torque tools and test units.
• Prepare field service tickets and reports.
• Maintain service unit and inventory of tools and spare components.
• Conduct safety analyses and lead on-site safety during work.
• Assist in planning on-site with the customer.
• Support field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

Key position functions

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Experience with hydraulic torque tools and test units
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies

Preferred candidate will possess

• Minimum 1yearof Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
