Job summary

Stream-Flo Group in Beeville, Texas, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, test and maintain wellhead assemblies in the field, delivering exceptional customer service on every site visit. The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, at least 2 years of Wellhead Services experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently under safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wellhead assemblies in the field while delivering excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader on site.
• Assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote field service sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies.

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service oriented with strong customer service and problem solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
