Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to handle intermediate repairs, troubleshooting, and core maintenance across properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems, while supporting Level 1 staff and participating in after-hours on-call coverage.

The role requires up to date diagnostic skills, safety adherence, and ability to manage rent-readiness of vacant units.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with intermediate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs incl. faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with general grounds maintenance and safety compliance.
