Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an intermediate Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform a broad range of complex repairs with minimal supervision across HVAC, appliances, plumbing and electrical systems. You will also handle make-ready tasks and guide Level 1 staff on site.

The role requires 1–3 years of related work, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and leasing teams. On-call, weekends and physical work are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong quality and deadline orientation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems
• Perform plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, and drains
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with general grounds maintenance and repairs and ensure safety procedures
