Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2, an intermediate journey-level maintenance technician responsible for HVAC, appliance, plumbing, and electrical repairs across multiple properties. The role includes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing direction to Level 1 staff.

You will participate in on-call rotations, assist with make-readies and vacant-unit inspections, and help maintain common areas.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems
• Perform plumbing repairs such as faucets, toilets, and drains
• Conduct make-readies and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with general grounds maintenance and curb painting when needed
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards
