Service Technician - Spring Dance Hot Tubs

Job Overview:

Love the outdoors and water? Spring Dance Hot Tubs, Inc., based in Jamison, PA, is looking for a dedicated individual to join our growing service team in our Spa Valet division. You will be responsible for caring for and treating our customers' hot tub water. Knowledge of water chemistry is a plus, but training will be provided. Prior pool or spa experience is helpful. Company benefits and health care are provided.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely driving to customer locations to perform routine and seasonal maintenance with care and pride
• Educating customers on proper equipment and chemical usage
• Recommending upgraded service plans, replacement parts, filters, and accessories
• Providing water care testing, analysis, and adjustments
• Delivering and installing covers and accessories, including cleaning as needed
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and stocked service van
• Ensuring a safe driving record, mindful of personal and work-related driving
• Being a team player, flexible, and willing to assist others and occasionally help with installations
• Keeping the service room organized and well-stocked

Requirements:

• Prior hot tub or pool maintenance experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine desire to be helpful and contribute to the team
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds, with equipment provided for heavy items

Pay: $26/hour plus commission opportunities
