Key Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site assessments, troubleshoot systems, and recommend products or services.
2. Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to post-installation support.
3. Maintain current knowledge of pool and spa equipment, automation, and chemicals.
4. Coordinate with service and installation teams for customer projects.
5. Prepare quotes, work orders, and documentation using provided tech tools.
6. Represent Summit Swimming Pools professionally at industry and community events.
7. Meet or exceed sales and service targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
8. Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming pool and spa sales, service, or installation preferred.
• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
• Technical aptitude for diagnosing and explaining system issues.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with smartphones or tablets (CRM, scheduling, quoting).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
