Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site assessments, troubleshoot pool and spa systems, and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to post-installation satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of pool and spa equipment, automation, and chemical systems.
  • Work closely with service and installation teams to coordinate customer projects.
  • Accurately prepare quotes, work orders, and customer documentation using tech tools provided.
  • Represent Summit Swimming Pools Inc professionally in the field and at industry or community events.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and service expectations through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in swimming pool and spa sales, service, or installation preferred.
  • Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
  • Technical aptitude to diagnose and explain pool and spa system issues.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Proficiency with smartphones or tablets (CRM, scheduling apps, quoting tools).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
