Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments, troubleshoot pool and spa systems, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to post-installation.
• Maintain current knowledge of pool and spa equipment, automation, and chemicals.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotes, work orders, and documentation using provided tech tools.
• Represent Summit Swimming Pools professionally at industry and community events.
• Achieve sales targets and service expectations through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Participate in technical training and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming pool and spa sales, service, or installation preferred.
• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
• Technical aptitude for diagnosing and explaining system issues.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency with smartphones or tablets (CRM, scheduling, quoting).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
