Spring Dance Hot Tubs, part of Leslie's family since June 2022, has over 25 years of experience in the hot tub industry. We are the oldest exclusive hot tub dealer in the Philadelphia, PA region, specializing in hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and backyard accessories. We sell top-quality brands like Hot Spring, Caldera, and Freeflowhot tubs. Our Service and Water Valet teams are dedicated to providing seamless and satisfying customer experiences.

Job Overview:

Responsible for maintaining and servicing client water systems both residentially and commercially. Interact with customers to provide service, recommendations, and guidance. Deliver superior customer service with quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain water quality through testing and adjusting chlorine and pH levels.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as cleaning/replacing filters and bulbs in underwater lights.
• Drain and refill hot tubs and swim spas.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Use spa vacuum cleaners to clean spa floors.
• Check and repair corrosion, cracks, and leaks in spa walls or floors.
• Use telescopic poles with nets to remove debris and leaves.
• Perform deliveries as needed.
• Operate Leslie’s provided company vehicle following best practices for safety and maintenance.
• Keep records of all activities and prepare reports as required.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a spa technician preferred.
• Knowledge of spa cleaning and maintenance methods.
• Extensive knowledge of spa chemicals and their properties.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
• Ability to operate vehicles for transportation of materials and equipment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
