Job description

Strong Spas is currently accepting applications for our Rework Technician Department at our Northumberland plant.

As a Rework Technician, you will diagnose and repair systems of a hot tub to bring it into working order in a timely manner. These systems include filtration, plumbing, electrical, shell, and cabinets.

No prior training or experience? No problem! We will train you on-site!

As a Service Technician in our Reworks department, you can expect to:

1. Fix or replace faulty plumbing, filtration, electrical, shell, and cabinet issues.
2. Complete scheduled repairs promptly and according to company standards.
3. Disassemble hot tubs to identify problem sources.
4. Complete work order paperwork efficiently.
5. Perform acrylic, fiberglass, and resin repairs on tubs.
6. Install panels onto spas.
7. Take standard photographs of spas.
8. Enter paperwork and information into the computer.
9. Clean and prepare spas for reshipment.
