You will rapidly diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, manage make-ready inspections, coordinate vendors, and document all activity for accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Experience with hand and power tools helpful.
• Familiarity with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 24–48 hour response on resident work orders and routine upkeep.
• Complete make-ready inspections and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Document work orders accurately and maintain records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting tasks.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently and safely.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and scope compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA training; report incidents promptly.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and handle complaints professionally.
• Assist in periodic property inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Meet attendance and physical demands as required.
